Brumellan™ — Fair Return Review

Brumellan™ understands that a product may occasionally arrive in an unexpected condition or may not be suitable for the customer’s intended use.

Return requests are reviewed according to the item, its condition, and the return terms displayed by the store when the order was placed.

Customers must request authorization before sending an item back.

Return administration for Brumellan™ is handled by Guangzhou Jinshan Jewelry Co., Ltd.

Return Eligibility

To remain eligible for review, an item should generally be unused, clean, complete, and returned with its original packaging, accessories, inserts, and identification labels.

Products showing extensive use, intentional damage, unauthorized modification, contamination, missing components, or improper care may not qualify.

For hygiene and product-integrity reasons, certain opened or used cleaning accessories may be restricted from return unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Customers should inspect the parcel after delivery. If an item is damaged, incomplete, or different from the ordered product, the customer should retain all packaging and provide clear photographs.

We may request additional images or information before determining the appropriate resolution.

Return Instructions

Approved returns must follow the instructions provided by customer support. Items sent without authorization, sent to an unapproved location, or submitted without sufficient identifying information may be delayed or rejected.

Customers are responsible for using suitable protective packaging. Brumellan™ is not responsible for damage caused by inadequate return packaging.

A return is completed only after the item is received and inspected. The outcome will be communicated after the review is finished.
