Order Preparation

Orders are prepared as quickly as reasonably possible. Some orders may require additional handling because of product availability, address review, order volume, packaging requirements, public holidays, or fulfillment conditions.

A dispatch notice does not always mean that tracking movement will appear immediately. Carrier systems may require additional time to register and update parcel activity.

Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate recipient name, delivery address, postal code, and other required delivery details.

Brumellan™ cannot guarantee that information can be changed after an order enters fulfillment. Address corrections requested after dispatch may be unavailable or may require coordination with the carrier.

Delivery Conditions

Delivery progress may be affected by weather, transportation interruptions, customs procedures, regional restrictions, carrier capacity, security inspections, or other circumstances outside the store’s direct control.

Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate parcels when products are prepared from different fulfillment locations.

Customers should regularly review tracking information and respond promptly to carrier notices. Parcels returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery, refusal, or unclaimed status may require additional review before another solution is offered.
